The Fusion Classic 7” Meat & Vegetable Cleaver features a thick, extra wide blade used to chop large veggies either roughly or extremely fine. The extra wide blade can be used to transport ingredients from cutting board to pan, and even crush foods like garlic, shallots, and lemongrass. Designed for meat and vegetables; do not use for any bones larger than 1″ diameter.
The Fusion Classic line embodies control, quality, and long-lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with an angle bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. An ergonomic, triple-riveted ABS handle encases each knife’s full tang, giving the Fusion Classic substantial strength and heft. The ABS handle is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
