The cutting blade body is made of high-carbon molybdenum vanadium steel, which boasts sharpness, rust resistance and is easy to sharpen. The handle is made of magnolia wood with a black epoxy cure, making the knife comfortable to handle, lightweight, and well balanced.
The paring knife is the smallest blade in the kitchen and exceptionally maneuverable, making it perfect for small and delicate prep tasks. Peel, cut, pare, garnish, core, and pit foods that are too small for a bigger knife to easily accomplish. The paring knife’s size allows for excellent blade control.
